And yes you can have power without much intelligence - you can be great athlete or good dj or family member of powerful people and you will get laid like crazy unlike nuclear physics profesors who get laid only with their books.
A guy who run fast may even not known earth is round and yet he will have great power in society - fame and money, devotions of millions who follow his every step, voice which can change other's people mind.That's power.Unlike
bookwormish,weak 'smart' guys with diploms who can have power over his dog.

You see herein ^ lies the ridiculousness of your argument:

In your world an intelligent man is an educated, weak, bookworm nuclear physicist and athletes are stupid but powerful. Allow me to dismantle your rather narrow view of the world.

Muhammed Ali - Heavyworld world champion boxer. Intelligent and articulate. See the Rumble in the Jungle fight for an example of intelligence.
David Beckham - World class premier league footballer. Intelligent and business savvy.
Lewis Hamilton - World champion race car driver. Intelligent.
Mike Tyson - Heavyweight world champion boxer. Intelligent fighter. Peek-a-boo style.

Most top athletes are extremely intelligent. It takes intelligence to squeeze an extra second to beat a world record or to go the distance or to win a car race or outsmart your football opponent.

What top athletes are not is ACADEMIC. Academics and intelligence are not mutually exclusive. TO get ahead at school one has to have a good memory more than intelligence. And even then academics are the ones who go on to become CEOs of multi-national global corporations and can wield much power so either way your argument is flawed.

So what you mean to say is that being ACADEMIC is not sexy and then again even that argument is flawed. Are you saying that EVERY meathead with no brains and plenty of physical power are sexy to the opposite sex? Because if you are I would recommend you get out more and see more of the world.

You can be academic, intelligent, sporty and sexy all at the same time if you take care of your appearance and have an attractive personality. Physical power does not guarantee sex appeal. Sex appeal is a combination of many factors.
