Dekka,

I'm a pretty bright guy (MENSA member, my ego had to bring that up) and chicks seem to dig the intelligence, so knowing I'm smart is great, but for them its more of an issue like, "he's hot, oh, btw he's smart too," not like, "Oh, he's so smart, I wan't to be with him." When it comes to guys tho, it pisses the sh!t out of them.

Oh yeah, I'd like to make a guess as to licky iqqi's looks: she's caucasian, not pale but not tanned either, 5'2", skinny, good figure for a girl of 5'2", has brown curly hair and brown eyes... close, icky? That's what I thought...

I'd have to agree with the intelligence comment. Before I really got into this site, that used to be my hook for the few girls I could get to stay around...i never knew why i mean I was (not to sound ****y) but one of the pretty boys all the girls talked about but none of them ever got with. When I started learning things from this site I naturally stopped flaunting my intelligence, and at the times when I would (when I was first learning) it would sort of dullen the conversation because the girl really wouldn't have anything to input that I didn't already think of.

I don't think its more like we have to give up our intelligence to make it, but its more like we have to keep in mind the same things we've been talking about at all times...attraction. I don't think intelligence is one of those immediate attractions you drop on a girl upon asking for her number, and then marvelling her with the fact that you know who invented the chardonnay she's drinking. It's more of a perk that I think should be left alone in vie of more mutually fun conversation and activities.

Plus it just allows you to have that one part of you that she never really knows about....can u say mystery.

Just drop the knowledge everyone once in a while like it was just a random thought and then move one...i bet she'll get to thinking about what else she doens't know about you.

I think showing a girl you are intelligent creates attraction. Spewing out knowledge about a subject, is not being intelligent, and does not create attraction.

Showing your intelligence might include being a problem solver, being funny, proposing thought provoking theories about something interesting and relevant to you and her, etc

I don't think there's anything wrong with showing a girl you're educated either, as long as you don't start spewing out info like you're trying to lecture her. As long as you're not trying too hard to convince her you're smart, I don't see why you should restrain from using your best vocab or your most interesting thoughts on different subjects.

Women have never been able to use physical strength to get what they want, whereas men can.

So to preserve their ego they have to believe they are more intelligent and more cunning.

If a guy is just smart, but unattractive, a women can write him off as "nerdy."

An intelligent AND attractive man is a real problem for them. Thats the "package."

Women cant write this man off as "geeky" because he is still attractive, nor as a "dumb male bimbo" because he is still smart.

Hang on, thats me! Lifes hard...:D
