This is a post from a chick that was pushed and pushed to come clean about why women do the things they do, what they are attracted to, whether you can get them to admit their faults and whether to listen to women's advice.
I think it is the most honest thing a women has ever wrote. Have a read.

You really want to know what we think? I am feeling giving here, and will tell you.
Maybe grab a pen.
We don't have any FREAKING clue why we react the way we do. NONE.
I can tell you what I THINK made me fall in love. The fact that he made me feel wonderful. He let me laugh, and cry and talk for hours and hours on end, and said all the right things, even if the right thing was to tell me I was full of shyt.
The fact that for some reason, my body reacts to him. I don't know why it is, or what he does to make it that way, it just does. Maybe he can tell you what he did. That being said, I AM 30 so maybe this doesn't apply to most of the situations that the guys here are concerned with.
If you think you are going to get a female in her teens or early twenties to become introspective your wrong. Young women can't do that. They won't do that. I can't imagine how painful it would be to look over your past relationships, just to discover that you really are all of those terrible things that you have been accused of. Attention wh0re, golddigger, flighty whatever. But make no mistake about it, alot are. I was alot of those things myself.
Now, if you want some hints on how to deal with a young female, how to make them respond to you in a way that you want them to, ask a man. Don't ask them, they don't have a clue. And by chance they did, they sure as hell won't admit to it, even to themselves.
So if it's a female who is not a teen, or early twenty something, pay attention to what they say about THEMSELVES as well as how they act.
(Do you honestly think us older women are going to feel sorry for a man who is thirty something plus, and still attracted to the loudest woman in the room, or the shortest skirt?) ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
If she wears her past victimizations like a badge, run.
If you can hear her above everyone else in the room, run.
"She aint pretty she just looks that way."
As far as the rest of the female population goes, we are fumbling through this thing just like you guys are. Don't forget that your not the only ones who are trying to figure it out.
Its just that we are different. We don't react the same way you do, and we don't ACT the same way you do. I don't smell like you. I don't look like you, and if you touch me, my body doesn't feel like your body. Its not always a bad thing.
