So I've joined a local gym and have a vague workout plan. I want to focus on my back and abs quite a bit as my legs have plenty of muscle. Overall goal is to lower bodyfat % from the current 20% to about 14%-12%.

BF% - 20%
I want to reach my goal of 14% by January. Currently I have trouble eating regularly and well (I know how, my job just prevents me from inconvenient food. Plus, I can't prepare anything, certinly nothing that requires refrigeration.). Clif bars and the cousins Builder bars are my main sources of sustinance.
