NO ONE knows for a fact that the average man gains 15. lbs. of muscle per year without steroids

Uh, everyone who's into bodybuilding knows this. I know it because i've done it, and so has every one of my close guy friends. None of us have ever takne roids or ever will.

and the general rule is, if you see a guy who's building muscle mass quickly, he's juicing...

You're can't be serious.

there's simply no other way to build muscle.

See above..

If you gain 15 lbs. of solid muscle in one year, you're juicing.

See above.

So, I've gained twenty-five lbs. of muscle over 1.5 years WITH steroids...

Another good friend of mine went from ~145 to 180 in about the same time frame. No roids, and i wouldn't say that his genetics, diet or exercise routine were anywhere near perfect.

So good luck gaining 15 lbs. of solid muscle in one year without chemicals.

No luck required.

Gaining 45 pounds of solid muscle in 3 years without steroids is impossible

Oh god... www.johnstonefitness.com

...besides, how do you know how much of that weight will be fat and how much will be muscle?

Uh... calipers?

Blah blah about not being able to gain that much muscle
When I first started working out I went from 120-155 in about 6 months. Solid muscle. No bvll****. I didn't change my habits (besides working out and having a whey protien shake after each one) and I had been at 120 for 2 years. Can't argue with this man, I know your body might be having trouble gaining muscle, but that is no reason to say it is impossible for everyone.

By the way what is your workout scedule?
