Master Don Juan
Hi, I'm Smoove.
Just want to share an experience.
Recently, I just got out of a LTR. 6 months. That's long for me. We broke up by unconventional standards. No I didn't beta backslide. No she didn't cheat. No she didn't break it off with me and ignite a massive quest for me to reconquer he love.
I simply ended it cause' we were incompatible.
Point blank
She was cool when we were friends but as the relationship began and time progressed, I just started not liking her as a person anymore. I felt like she wasn't a herself and she didn't even know who her true self was. Her life revolved tabloids, the media, and her friends opinions.
Nevertheless, I ended it, but the way my social circle is, I am constantly forced to be around her 5 days a week. No contact is the way to move on after an emotional investment. (Not oneitis) But my constant exposure is making it extremely tough. And I am spinning multiple glorious plates.
But I don't fret, because at least I know why. When a healthy relationship ends, who typically has a tougher time moving on? if you're on this site, we all know its the male. This is because women can desexualize you making you unattractive, allowing them to move on. Just think about it, you ever have a ex whose no-good treated you like sh1t, but hot. What do you say In your head everytime you see them. "I'd still fvck her" This is because from a evolutionary standpoint Males have no reason to discard a past mate. Males still need to reproduce, and any potential mate is keeping them around of achieving their biological goals
So that's my issue. My ex was looking like a Victoria's Secret model today and I'm faced with endless thoughts of "Id still **** her". My oh my how sexilicious she looked today. tsk tsk tsk
Gotta power through
