Im gonna get straight to the point. My brother needs help. He and this girl are real good friends and they happened to go see a movie at her house. It was just him and her there by themselves. After the movie she was flipping through channels. Then she laid on his chest, gave him the triangle stare and they made out. But he doesn't want to date her and he's needs a way to turn her down but still be friends with her. Any advice?
