Master Don Juan
Do this: videotape yourself talking to someone, or just talk to yourself in the mirror. Watch your eyebrows. Do they move inadvertantly when you talk?
Mine did. A LOT. So much so that my mom pointed out that I accidentily made a waitress uncomfortable, because she took it as me being overtly flirty. In other situations, the eyebrow motions can come off as being surprises, fearful, or uncertain, depending on the situation. If you are trying to be more cool, calm, aloof, and whatnot, this is murder. As for me, I AM cool, calm and aloof by nature, so this was giving off an impression of me being the opposite of who I am.
Before you go on your quest to keep your eyebrows level, do some homework. This needs to hit home. Watch a Bond movie, and observe his facial demeanor. Casino Royale happens to be what drove the point home for me. His consistently level eyebrows very much added to his alpha, calm, aloof demeanor.
If this is something you, upon self-examination, determine to be a problem, work on this. I guarantee you'll notice a difference in your interactions with chicks, and with people in general, too.
