Yeah I've noticed there seems to be an influx of Indian call centre operators. The worst are the telemarketers - how can they expect to sell you crap if they can't speak the language? Its like those Americans who go to Asia and only speak English while trying to do business.
Now when I call tech support, I always hang up unless its a native speaker. My personal details are too valuable to trust to someone who can't even understand my language.
