Before I start, I'd like you to know that I'm writing this while pretty drunk. Not sure how good my typing will be, w/e i'll probably spellcheck this.
So anyway, I'm black. I'm not about to complain about my race (I went out and got some numbers, so obviously stuff is working), but there's been an issue that concerns me.
I'm black, but I've become extremely dark. I don't know if its from being out in the sun a lot, but my face especially is like charcoal. It's so bad that, if I'm outside at night, people can't see my face (except for my eyes and smile, apparently) until I'm right next to them. I often get confused for other random ass black dudes, and according to these random black dudes, all these girls think they're me (good sign I think). Anyway, my self-esteem isn't really hurt by how dark I am, but it's starting to affect how well I function in a night time environment.
I'm not about to go through Michael Jackson surgery, so if there's anyway to alleviate this prob, I'll be really grateful.
