Animals raised for the purpose of providing certified organic meats are not allowed to eat any food which has been treated with synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, sewage sludge or radiation. How much does cooking ward off the synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, sewage sludge or radiation?.
Grilled Chicken (Get organic).......Can you provide more details on why Organic is going to make a difference? A guy by the name of EFFORT from this forum receommended I go Organic as well. I don't see the big deal as of yet? When you cook meat, doesn't the cooking process kill off all of the "bad stuff" anyway?
Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are 47% higher in organic meat. Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and have been shown to be protective against cardiovascular disease and cognitive decline.
I started getting extremely disciplined with my diet the last few years. Using only the best anti-inflammatory foods, I decreased inflammation by 80%--which was significant. When I swapped grocery chicken/meat with organic, I now carry 0% inflammation.
Loaded with sugar (without the fiber which slows the sugar absorption), leading to an insulin spike, promoting inflammation/bloating.Tenacity said:Mott's Apple Juice (Eliminate).......This is only used with the Protein Shake.
With zero inflammation, not only do you feel and look your sharpest with glowing skin, but you eradicate chronic inflammation which could eventually lead to Alzheimer's disease, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and Parkinson's disease.
