Whilst this may be true I think social networking and text messaging are working on their level, it took me a while to realise that it's just an excuse for pure attention whoring, certainly with younger women anyway.

I dont know why your so stressed about it. Myspace was awesome for me at one point. i had so many female friends and hooked up with a good amount lol. It was fun while it lasted but anyway, you just have to know what to say to get their attention and game on from there for the hookup. same concept in person anyway, approach and know what to say, once you hooked the bait then you have to keep at it.

I agree that myspace and facebook are both terrible routes for getting girls, but text messaging could work to your advantage just as long as you aren't text messaging her more than she's texting you. I've had awful experiences through phone and e-mail as well. If I were you I'd only stick to in person and limited phone. AIM wouldn't be too bad, but don't be online all the time obviously.

In real life, you can have the look on your face where it says "flake on me and I'll grind you into the pavement." I've done this and it's helped get a yes or no thoroughly with no games.

Agree 100%. There's no substitute for personal contact, and IMO things like Myspace and texting are just ways they can flake without having to face the music.

Like so many things it depends on the persons attitude to it. If you think it's so bad then ask yourself why that is. Is it that bad or are you doing the wrong thing?


If you can only see the negative then maybe you should be asking yourself why. Some people have alot of success off internet dating (as some have pointed out) etc and they're the ones who has the best attitude and learned how to.

As a girl my advice is: myspace and facebook NO.... text messaging of course! but you have to be a clever messenger by SMS. i mean, if you are going to send a girl a text message it has to be clever and to make her laugh or think u r a good catch.. not the typical: "it was really fun meeting you last night" or "you have the most beautiful eyes bla bla bla" .... good luck in the hunting!

Looks are ore critical on the internet cause you dont have the opportunity to show her yo how nice you really are in the inside... She just looks at ur pics and makes her choice on wether she will even read your "love letters" at all...

thats what you get for arranging dates over the net. I just tell women which bars/clubs i will be at that weekend and tell them to call me if they are be in that area . many of them come out to the same clubs im at and we chop it up in person and hookup that same night. its that simple.
