OP: You probably should have taken charge and pushed ahead a little bit. You should have moved over towards her and started kissing her neck to get her back in the mood.

This doesn't matter, though, since I really doubt she was very attracted to you.

Problem 1: she called up, said she was horny, and you can running over at the possibility of sex. She controls you with the offer of possible sex.

Problem 2: You've known her for 4 months, and haven't made a move in that time. That is the kind of thing that puts you in the friendzone (depending on how often and how long you see her for.)

You were probably in the friendzone, she was extremely horny, so called you up, but she didn't find you attractive enough to actually go through with it.

With problem 1, i kept putting it off saying i was busy but i would be there. she kept calling me asking me where i was and i kept changing the subject ( i didnt want to run right over) She said "you kept me waiting for a long time martin" when i arrived, she was kind of smiling when she said it.

It's a little strange for me for someone to just say lets have sex, like i lose interest afterwards. I like it to just happen naturally i guess.

You didn't lead. I've actually had this happen to me a couple times. The first time I did like you "uh, okay. well, uh, oh." and pretty much that was it. The second time I just threw her on the bed, ripped our clothes off, and that was the last I heard of it. PASSION is what you lacked.

Yes, she tooled him, but what consequences??? Either he gets laid, or he stands up for himself and totally blows HER out. She either capitulates and they have sex (if that's what she really wanted) or realizes she just had her attempt at tooling him totally backfire in her face.

If she calls you over to have sex with her, then go for it. If she keeps objecting, then you leave. As Kevin said, you should have just agreed with her and then slipped your hand down into her pants. If she responded positively, you know she's down regardless of her friendship comments.
