ok i havent spoken to you lot about this at all, been looking at this forum for a while, havent posted much yet.

But theres this girl we went out for like 7 months and she completely messed me up, i mean i was such a mess it wasnt even funny.

She is such a attention seeker and all i could do was act afc all the time, well we finished in march but ever since then she has had a hold over me, i mean you all know the same the kinda girl that hangs up the phone knowing you will ring back with an "I'm sorry" line.

Well i finally took action and have completely ignored her for 5 days now, erased all her messages she sent, never answered my phone and kept myself busy, films, games, friends that kinda thing.

But i have this really bad feeling im gonna crack soon, i can feel myself wanting to call her.

Just need to know would i be doing the wrong thing in calling her, seeing how she sent me right over the edge and all!!

I dont want to go into how bad i was its not relavant at all!

Just need help thats all!

The only thing that cures oneitis is self discipline (not to call) and time...

There are two "easy" ways to get over a breakup. 1) Meet a new girl; 2) Focus on a hobby (or take a new one up). If you don't have anything else important going on in your life it's really hard to let go.

For example, when my last LTR went sour, I took up cycling. Been doing it ever since and I spent last summer riding in the Alps instead of worrying about having dumped my now-ex.
