First off, I realized I fvcked up. Also, I'm back in my hometown for like 2 weeks, not much action here. So this adventure came out of boredom.

This girl I know has had a boyfriend for awhile. I hung out with her last summer, made out in a (isolated) park, but she froze me out from going any further. Last night, she broke up with her boyfriend. I had already made plans to hang out with her, but once I heard that, I got overzealous. Brought her to my place today (told her I wanted to show her some of the stuff I picked up on my recent trip to India).

Got there, put on a movie. She seemed distant. Kissed her...after a few seconds she told me to stop. This is where I think I failed. I tried to plow through. Kept kissing on her, feeling on her, tried to get her turned on. After awhile it just looked like she was about to cry. Epic fail for me, I guess. She says she's not ready for that yet, seeing as she just broke up with the bf.

Of course, I kept trying for a bit more. Until she said she wanted to go home. Took her home. She still seemed pretty talkative and playful after the incident, so maybe she doesn't hate me now. Looking back, I'm glad I made her want to leave...I sure as hell wouldn't want to sit through a fvcking movie with this girl without getting some. As insensitive as that sounds....

Question: Right after a breakup, is it better to wait a few days before pouncing? Or was that not the issue at all, and was it just me failing miserably? I think it might be a little combination of both, just wondering what you guys think.

Looks like you accomplished the "make the ho say no".

I'd take it as strike one on a 2-strike system. That's just me tho...

depends on the girl, some are happy to go the full monty while still in a relationship if they KNOW its breaking down.

good on you for trying. if she says no though, change the atmousphere in the room & then go back to kissing whatever after. failing that, just stick it in her @ss.

Thanks guys. I am in town for 5 more days, I won't speak to her unless she contacts me. We'll see what happens.

Possibly may have been because of the breakup, depending on how long they were together.

But if she was really into you, that wouldn't stop her, even if she was still in a relationship.

I think the attraction wasn't quite there. 1 strike down. And remember this:

I hear you, although it seems unlikely given the fact she agreed to come over.

Anyway, she texted me today, inviting to hang out with her and "some of her friends." Needless to say, I declined.

On my last day here, I might just say "hey come over" and if she bites, try one last time. You never know, might work out. And if not...who gives a fvck
