Now I'm not a big tits guy or like girls too tall, but to be a 9 for me a girl has to have around a C-cup, around 5'5-5'7 height, weight around 120lbs, measurements near 36-24-36 and be in her 18-20's. And I'd have to see her basically completely naked to say she is a solid 9, as the body is more important than the face. I prefer brunettes also. If a 9.x was a perfect GF to me only then she could become a 10.

I'm sure she'd pass the boner test but a 9/10? No..not at all. On the other hand the number system is way too fluid for me to give a definite answer. A woman can look horrible in one pic and stunning in another. Plus she'll definitely look different in person. Right but if and when a girl who looks like that, over 5'7, hour glass curves walked any where in a dress all eyes would be on her and it would be instantly clear that she's way hotter than every other girl.

A woman with an attractive face, nice skin, over 5'5 with a real hour glass figure is so rare, most people are in awe. Handsome v-shaped male equivalents are much more common and not nearly as valued.
