guys, I think im in big trouble.
I was at a party with my friend, and this girl introduced herself to me and my friends. And you can tell she's totally out of it. She's saying some crazy things when people say when she's drunk, like 'its important to have sensation in your life and stuff.'. Then she was saying how she's not going to remember most of whats happening this night, but she is going to remember the most important parts of the night. Then I asked her if she is going to remember me, then she kissed me on the lips.
Then I said, 'thats a good answer', then she kissed me again and forced her tounge into my mouth, and made out, then I backed into a couch so we could make out better. Some other stuff happened after, like me trying to call the friend that she came with, but she kept giving me the wrong number. Later, my friend found the friend the drunk girl came with. He prooved that he was her friend, and took us away.
After that, some guys came up to me and said that I have to leave otherwise they are gonna kick my ass. My friend went up them to ask whats the problem. During that, a girl came up me and asked me if I even knew her name, I said 'yeah, its ____', then she asked me if I even knew her before tonight, I said 'naw'.
Me and my friends left the party and my friend kept yelling at me all the way home about how I should never take advantage of drunk girls.
Dam, I wish I had knew better. My only excuse is cuz im 22 years old, and I never kissed a girl, and that was my first kiss. In other words, I was desprite.
It also had something to do with that I never drink and usually stay home on weekends, so I don't know much about drunk people. But thats not a real excuse, just what was going on in my head that justified my actions at that time. I know it was wrong.
I am home, the end of my story happened about 20 minutes ago. I ruined my friends reputation at that party, I can't go back to that guys house, and I feel dirty, and pathetic, and a loser.
How serious is what I did? What charges can they prosecute me for?
