Making fun of yourself, laughing with him or ignoring it is the worst thing you can do. It´ll only make things worse.

I was in you position until I was about 17 and stopped being a pu$$y. The reason they make fun of you because you never set your boundaries. The first time they made fun of you, you should have told them in a serious calm manner to fvcking stop it.

Now all you can do is to gaze him straight into the eye and tell him if he makes fun of you one more time you´ll break his nose.

If he makes fun of you again then punch him in the nose.

You just need to ****ing RELAX. I used to be exactly like you. I'd get incredibly pissed off at the people who were "making fun of me." Then I looked around a little bit. EVERYONE DOES IT TO EVERYONE ELSE! It's just the way of things. Most of the time, it's just a joke. Laugh at it, or throw back another joke at the guy. You just need to relax and (gasp) enjoy it. Unless of course the other guy is actually just being an ass, well then just ****ing ignore him. DO NOT FIGHT HIM OVER SOMETHING LIKE THIS!

Also, trust me on this, people will start running away from you if you keep being so angry all the time. They will think you are insane. JUST RELAX

You attract that to your own life. I doubt that you are going to fight the next person that makes fun of you. I can call you a p ussy right now and you can't do nothing about it. If you got laid you probably won't take things so serious and that's how the dj bible would help you. MY final thought is you are really a p ussy lol.

First of all, talk to a psycologist, you might be suffering from depression.

Get out of where you live, go and live in another city/country/continent or whatever if you're not.

Do whatever you want. Want to fight? go ahead and face the consecueces of your actions.

A better place, a better time.
Lift weights.

1) it'll improve your scrawny/lanky physique
2) it'll improve your self-confidence and sense of self-worth
3) when you finally find that fight you've been looking for, you'll win.

You said you're "working out," I hope you got your sh!t together and you know what the f*ck you're doing so you're not just wasting your time in there going through the motions. If you were doing it right I can guarantee you wouldn't be having these confidence issues.

You say you're nerdy looking? Get some contacts and shave your head. Problem solved. I bet your appearance right now doesn't reflect your "I'm not going to take this **** anymore" outlook that you present on these forums, does it? Fix that.

I don't think you're depressed or insane, I think you're just tired of the world sh!tting all over you. There are better ways to handle it than hitting some kid in the face. Stop looking for an easy out.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Lifting weights is great, and I really encourage it, but I don't think it is as powerful to the psyche as martial arts.

why not do both, I currently lift weights, bike between fifteen to twenty miles a day, and manage to still find time for western martial arts.

Thats the idea. And as said elsewhere, conditioning is KING.
