How do you mostly get a date? Do you get a date through mutual friends? Classmates? Clubs? Work? Cold approaches?

Also, during the day time, what is your favorite opener when initiating a conversation? What do you guys use? I was reading Cajun's interview and I really like the part when he says to just say that she's caught your eye and want to introduce yourself. It's a little direct, but what can go wrong with that?

I don't try to make it sound like a date, i prefer to invite them to join me somewhere that I had already planned on going. And from there then you can plan a real date if you guys are actually into eachother.
