Anyone here attend Illinois State, U of I, or simply live in or near the area?

A couple (somewhat) major towns are Normal, Bloomington, Peoria, Urbana, and Champaign.

Some other schools around here are Illinois Wesleyan University, Heartland Community College, and Lincoln Community College.

Personally, I live in Normal, IL and I attend Heartland. Peoria and Champaign-Urbana are within reasonable driving distance.

This also applies to anyone who plans to attend any of these schools soon, or anyone who regularly visits these areas.

Know the area

Normal is good hunting for 20 something guys. I hit a lot of a$$ there earlier this year. Try the apartments in and around the huge dorm complex (the big one by the courtyard). On the other side of the road is a bunch of white apartments. There is parties there during the weekends, at least when school is in session. You just walk from party to party and hit on chicks at the liquer store.

I doubt I'll be back up that way again until August. However, if you're ever in St. Louis give me a shout.

Idea

Take the Amtrak down to St. Louis.
I have more dates down here than
I know what to do with. Poverty,
unemployment, and crime are
through the roof. This is the
perfect place to meet lots of
desperate, young hotties.

It'll only set you back 30 bucks
roundtrip, and I'll show you
where to find the ladies.

Crime huh? Doesn't sound too safe.

Anyway, I'm bumping this because ISU starts school this coming Monday, and the mass-exodus of 7,000 students trying to squeeze into the way-too-small dorms in a matter of four days (Aug. 18 - Aug. 21) starts tomorrow.
