"I'll call you later"

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Whenever a girl says she'll call, I still like to retain the ball on my court, to not give all control to her.

- Can I call you later?
- Sure, but if anything I'll see you tomorrow at noon.

or

- Actually, I'm about to [go watch bestiality porn], let me call you later tonight ok?

You know? If you agree to be in the position where you WAIT for her to call, you give control away and have nothing but wait for her to take action.

A word about friends: As much as I trusted and loved my ex gf, her friends did in fact poison her mind and in a way triggered us breaking up. It's one of those situations where you can't win, if you diss the friends, she sides with them, if you ignore them, they **** your girl up. The way I've come to thing about it is that if your girl allows herself to be persuaded by the friends and act against your best interest, then there's no point holding on to her.
