Should you have issue with a girl you are seeing if you've been dating a bit, made out a bit, and are definitely 'seeing' each other that if you go into a cafe and see her having coffee with a guy and you go up to her to kiss her and she looks at you funny and turns her head?

To me it seems as if she doesn't want the other guy to know that you're seeing each other. Should you call her out for it later or is it too early until you're officially together?
