I'll keep it simple and to the point. Exercise is good. Lift weights (full body exercises though!), run and play sports to gain muscle, lose weight and boost testosterone. Eat few carbs and 3 servings of both fruits and vegetables a day for a healthy body.

I have been doing this consistently for a year now and have begun to notice an enormous improvement in my success with women. I'm not doing much different and my game is ok but i'm having a ton more success.

Why? Because I am very healthy and thus instinctively girls are drawn to me. My skin is more clear and has a healthy look to it (think about how much more attractive girls with nice skin are. Works the same with guys), my jawline is becoming more pronounced, my hair is smooth and silkier, and my body odor is full of testosterone and pheromones, not chemicals and preservatives from processed food. There may even be other changes to that i'm missing.

I still drink alcohol, smoke weed and occasionally eat crappy food, but overall i make a habit of just being healthy. Being active and eating the foods your body was meant to eat will put you leaps and bounds above all the other bums out there who bench press and bicep curl once a week and live off fast food and starch.

You don't need to be super cut looking, just healthy. A good combination of masculine, cleanliness and sohpistication.

I now have better success with girls i barely speak to than girls I'd have spent a whole night talking to 2 years ago. I'm running into girls who never gave me the time of day 2-3 years ago, who now are much more interested.

As you can tell i have a pretty high self image. Well that's because i now feel and, according to girls, look good. I just assume a girl will be attracted to me know when I talk to her, which has advanced my dj skills and game 10 fold.

Make the change. Be healthy, reap the benefits of frequent and consistent exercise (full body workouts though! Chinups, dips, squats, deadlift, power clean, etc.) and good eating habits. Never underestimate the power of FRUITS and VEGETABLES and getting carbs from whole grains.

Plus a healthier lifestyle will allow you to live longer and fvck biitches when your 60 but look and feel 40.

It's not easy or unfortunately cheap, but the benefits are worth it.

Excellent post and agree 100%.

Ive been eating super healthy and working out 5 days a week for the last year, cutting out all processed foods and taking fish oil supplements and the effects have been monumental in terms of my appearance.

My skin has a healthy youthful glow about it and since I slimmed down Ive also noticed just how much more women seem to check me out and pay attention to me then when I was bulky. Mind you I have never been fat or out of shape but muscular and bulky. Now I am much more defined and not as bulky. Just the other day while I was at my mechanic's shop one of the ladies at the counter told me how gorgeous she thought I was and wanted to take a picture of me. She wasn't hot or my type but I blushed from the compliment. Even guys have started to notice how good I look. Its just amazing how changing your diet and partaking in a consistent workout program can change your appearance for the better thereby increasing your confidence.

I have increesed my cardio workouts and have gradually reduced weight training and increased calistenics (i,e pushups, chin ups, etc.) as well as stretching excercises. As the result I have more of a slender lean look that most women like.

Also my sex drive has increased substantially and although Ive not had an exam to measure my testosterone level I would assume its pretty high now since I changed my diet and increased the intensity of my workouts.

I agree with you about full body workouts and eating a healthy diet.
However, regardless of that, I would still expect most 23 year olds to be more attractive to women than they were at 20.

yeah zekko i should have mentioned that some of these changes simply occurred cause I am older and thus more adult looking. But I still think my lifestyle made this change much more dramatic.

I'm not super good looking, but I think my trim athletic look, decent jawline and healthy skin make up for it. Girls are hardwired to look for a mate with the best genes and those features indicate just that. Having a healthy look can definitely to some degree makeup for what you lack in attractiveness.

gaspipe glad to see your having a positive experience to. keep it up man.

I totally agree. Living healthy allows you to make the most of yourself and your looks, it shows discipline and self control, and generally increases your value. Plus keeping your testosterone and sex drive high will instantly improve your game.

Just go easy on the fruit. In moderation it's very good for you, but don't forget it's loaded with sugars and can cause weight gain if eaten excessively.
