I live in New York City, it's a city where the show "sex and the city" originated, it's a huge city with 8 million people. I have dated a lot of girls here, and I have lived with a lot of roomates. I went to college here also and now I work here.
I have dated some challenging women, some who are just simply un-controllable. It's nearly impossible to control a young-early 20's female who is great looking. Most of them are wild cats that can't be tamed. Now many of you may think I am speaking negativity here, but this is the plain truth. I am the type of guy that enjoys a mutual relationship. Unfortunately for men in New York only the men of highest rank and popularity win with these type of women. Do you people agree with this? Is it impossible to have a relationship with a woman in a big city? So far I have had a relationship, the longest for 9 months. It has been hard lately. Seems to be going nowhere but the same level it was back when it began. You can't really trust someone who you don't see that often.
I don't really know what to think about it.
Feminism is really rampant in cities like New York where women seem to push for control in a relationship. What do you think abou it?

I would like this thread to grow so i can learn too, but i have to agree. Many women heer are uncontrolable - then again they don't know ****, so in the ehd are like little children, weird situation. I live in New York City also..I love Manhattan but I would check out Queens. A lot of club/bars (dressed to impress, like the city) that have a lot of chicks, from nice girls to flat out sluts. Manhattan chicks are always harder, I have never had a relationship with one, just some messing around. It seems the girls in the suburbs are better for relationships, and basically just chilling out.

I believe the problem is that these girls have TOO MUCH confidence. Just cause they walk into a bar or a club, there will be a flock of guys heading their way. They hold too much pride in themselves just cause they're hot, young, and can afford to.
Problem is they have too much of an ego simply because they dont want to settle down. of course these types of *****es are usually good for the occasional lay.

I've dated girls of other nationalites, they seem exhibit less of this problem. They have more of their roots and values from their cultural upbringing. Plus these types of girls are less prone to "playing around", being slutty. They are the better choice for a LTR if you ask me. But a negative aspect is sometimes you'll have to work harder for pvssy.....they still do hold values afterall.

I also agree with what air-pilot said, manhattan bytches have too much freedom....cause everything u need is a step out the door.

Seems like there is a shortage of hot women in NYC, in fact I think there is in the whole of America. I once took a road trip from NYC to LA and only saw a few HB8s until I got to LA. Maybe it was because they were all wrapped up in baggy clothes and I'm used to the tight tops and mini skirts in Europe.

No wonder guys in America have to have their game so tight!

Yeah I DID have a girlfriend. I don't consider her my GF anymore. And also--she is international (korean). She claims to be virgin, church girl, yet she loves the show sex and the city and loves clubbing and dressing sexy. This thread is not about her, because I am through with her if she doesn't give me a** this saturday night.
But yes, I have dated white girls, asian girls, black girls you name it. The funny part is that I dated a black girl with a 3 year old kid, she was HB9 (iknow rare for a black chick))probably. And she wanted to marry me after 4 dates. I ditched her a** quickly.
I dated a HB9 who was white, she gave me a lot of sex and was probably the best girl I've dated in my life. She also came from a good family and was college educated from a top university. (funny isn't it that the smart one is the best one?)

Basically you have 8 million people in NYC.
The hot ones all go to clubs, they usually have control at the door and turn away ugly chicks.
So, the pretty girls get hit on by probably 15 guys a night, maybe 20. They love turning guys down because it makes them feel superior.
They have every right to be picky because they know so many guys want them.
Women can smell money and success, so they usually talk to and exchange #'s with guys like that. Maybe 1 per club.
So if you are dating a chick who is into clubbing, My only thought is that she has a zillion options and will easily cheat on me, or lie about something.
Guys, imagine it was reversed, girls asked guys for #'s. Would you accept or decline from a knockout babe?
That is the mentality of these big ego girls.

You are absolutely right! I went to Queens and they have a neighborhood called Astoria with the hottest greek girls anywhere, perfect 10 booties.
Queens is great because the women are hot and you don't put up with that manhattan attitude.
I mean WTF?! I go to Queens with my friend all the time, the hookah lounges and what not.

Basically if you are a "hot" guy with good looks, then your chances are better at getting some puzzy, BUT forget a relationship. Girls in Manhattan don't want them unless you have a bank account matching Donald Trumps.
