It's not advice. It was to point how ridiculous it is. Instead of her saying "I'm disgusted with him, I can't believe I let such a horrible creep touch me, see me naked and inside me," she says "I still love even though he killed 5 innocent people".

While in a relationship with this guy she knew upfront that he was not only a gun nut that was loaded with tattoos but also formerly locked up in a mental institution and she stayed with him even with all those red flags.

She's the female equivalent of an AFC ie captain save a guy.

Where I disagree with this topic however is that it suggests this girl isn't normal because she still loved the guy after he did all this.

Now true we talk about how garbage women tend to behave and do foul things but this isn't one of those scenarios.

This is a shocking tragic event that would throw anyone's emotions into conflict.

Asking her to not care about her boyfriend who suddenly killed others then himself is like asking you or anyone else to not care about or love your parents, best friends or your own girlfriend if one of them did the same.

Its just a whole clusterfvck of complicated emotional things to deal with and of course I'm sure this girl is sorry for the families that lost loved ones and means them no disrespect at all by continuing to love her boyfriend. She is as much a victim as they after all.

Now in a perfect ideal world humans would probably be able to shut off all love and care immediately if a loved one did something as morally reprehensible as this and I believe there are some people today that already would be able to do this but yeah expecting it from everyone and especially a random girl like this is just unrealistic.
