I think a lot of single, childless men under 40 who are reasonably put together already fall into that “ahead of the pack” category. The real issue, in my opinion, isn’t necessarily about their looks or presentation it is mainly how they handle interest from women.
Their physique may be feminine, but many short women have small dog complexes and are loud, feisty and "sassy" as phuck.
They are the ones that you punish in the bedroom and talk all that sh!t back to them while their eyes are rolling back in their head and they don't know what planet they are on.
Whst about the Chad & Tyrone lites settling for 4s and 5s because the alphas & Chads are hogging 6s & above.
You're not wrong but it's more complex there a lot of socially stunted young men, and also out-of-shape young men. I have seen guy's in their 20s that have beer bellies like men in their 50's. I know on this forum we like to talk a lot about how women are becoming increasingly fat now a days but a lot of men are not in the best of shape either
So explain these NBA & NFL guys knocking up fat women?
Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Are the lites low level alphas or high level betas? Either way, they're still a minority. Anyway, I don't think I'm at the top of the food chain, but I wouldn't mess around with 4s or 5s.
It's a similar thing with ultra-wealthy guys. They are too immersed in their professions to learn game and/or vet women properly. Or anything red pill imo.

Well, I suppose it probably depends on how you define a 4 or 5. This is how I define a 5: A 5 is a woman you might look and think "Well, maybe if I was horny enough... nah." A 6 is doable, might be described as cute.
