...your understanding is probably inaccurate in some way. So TRY the advice being offered, or at least OBSERVE it being tried, before you deem it your perogative to comment.

Empirical evidence trumps all. You can hear something on a forum a million times from a million different people. That doesn't in any way make it true. So stop keyboard-jockeying and give it a try.
