My point was that it makes it hard as he!! to find the good women that I can trust, when all I'm seeing applying for jobs are the one's like I mentioned. It is very likely my area as I live in a semi-small town that's VERY liberal. As a taxpayer I know exactly where my tax money is going and why there are so many single moms around here. Now, I will gladly hire a single mom if she doesn't bring drama to my business and wants to work hard. Gladly give her a shot! The problem is finding those types! I don't want some highschool dropout that doesn't have a car and a bum for a boyfriend and expect me to hire them just because. As a self-employed business owner you have to be VERY careful who you hire. This isn't some fortune 500 company where I can take a big gamble and lose. I know what I'm looking for in an employee, it's just finding it is what is so frustrating. What also doesn't help is my salary I list for the job seems to attract bums like flies at a picnic.
Robert are you hiring for a secretary or assistant?
I know the economy is still ****ty but there aren't any qualified women looking for a job? how much are you hiring on for
This really is sad but becoming more and more common
