I'm 5'8 and weigh 185 lbs. I got quite a bit of fat to lose but I need to put on muscle too. I want to be cut and end up weighing about 150-160lbs. Should I go for the high reps (10-15) if i want that goal. Or should I go for the lower reps(6-8)? And is the difference between getting huge and cut just calories?
