I know I had a girlfriend about 2 years ago that I felt I needed to break up with, but it took me about 4 months to actually do it. It kind of sucks when it happens - your bed feels empty at night, nobody there to comfort you when you've had a bad day, no guaranteed pvssy (HUGE ONE!!), the feeling in the back of your head that you would never find anyone else who made you feel the same, etc. Even when you do find another woman (once you're single again you will have girls giving you attention left and right), you'll compare everything about them to your ex (how they kiss you, how they smile, how they show you affection, everything).
This is a natural thing - the fire in relationships can tend to go out after a while, and there might not be anything you can do about it. Do you have any fun when you're together? If not, then it's probably time to move on.
