Women say im not bad looking, maybe a 6./6.5 maybe a 7 with some effort. I want to make that change, i really do, that's why im counting on you friends and this great sosuave community.

Some will say i look douchy, others i look creepy. Some complain about me being too pale or the shaved head, others complain about the beard and the aviators.

Others will simply say that i look like a nice guy (my face, my eyes) and that i need to be more sexual.

I know you guys wont let me down. Tell me what i need to change in the exterior, so i can buildup my inner strenght and feel more confident.

-Even the beard up with clippers. Goatee or stubble, not both. Preferably just stubble. Shave under the chin to accentuate the jaw line.

-Keep working out. Eat 1 gram of protein (as per the nutritional value) per pount of body weight per day, and 100-150 grams of carbs per day to build up lean mass.

-Wear fitted clothes especially when going out.

-Otherwise the rest of your success will come from inside, your mentality. You're not a bad looking guy (NH).

They think you look douchey cause you don't smile and your trying really hard to look like a bada**. I bet no would would think you look douchey if you wore a button down shirt and looked like you aren't angry at someone. Facial hair could be better

image.jpeg Ditch the aviators and go with a more racy or edgy look on those.
I think stubble is best.

You got a long face so the goatee isn't helping. Otherwise good physique and you look s r fine. All you need to cover is the minimum to get girls you're already above that forget your looks and concentrate on your game.

My initial impression is that you seem to have a "hard edge" in persona (like skinnyguy said, too serious looking). At the same time, your basic appearance is too trim, pressed, proper...overworked, almost to a point that it seems like you hold a ruler up to your stubble to make sure it's the perfect length. The hard persona and the strive for visual perfection can exude NO FUN A-HOLE.

Now, that impression may be completely, 100% off. In reality you might actually be that fun, easy to talk to kind of guy everyone loves, but the impression from 20 feet away... not so much. That's where the connections typically start with women: those initial impressions from some sort of a distance. A lot of preconceived notions are made in that space between eye contact and intro. You don't want them thinking "douche" when you're still 10 feet away from saying "hello".

My suggestions:

1. Either shave clean, go with a goatee, beard it up or go with the 5 O'clock shadow. It won't matter one sh*t which one you pick, but do pick one. Don't try to do 2 things at once.
2. The shades should come OFF when you're talking to women. Otherwise, wear whatever YOU like.
3. Get a good look at my avatar pic. That's what "smiling with your eyes" looks like. Learn how to do it. Women notice that sh*t immediately and they like it. A lot. It will create positive impressions that will help soften your target.
4. Take the badass out of your face, eyes and persona... and put it into your wardrobe. Save the t-shirts for ball games, jogging, food shopping, etc. What you want to do is strike a good balance between fashion and blue-collar manliness. No metrosexual sh*t. You want to look almost as if you can be on the cover of Maxim and ready to start wrenching on a motorcycle at the same f'n time.
5. Accessorize. A nice watch or bracelet... a ring or two...a necklace maybe.... show some ink if you've got it, but don't do all of it. Don't go Mr. T. Keep it clean, simple...complimentary - noticeable in look and quality but not "look at me flashy".
6. Save your ab shots for the workout/diet discussion forums. Don't EVER post that **** looking for women. The only acceptable shirtless pic is an action shot; a picture of you doing something that was taken by someone else. At the beach, playing b-ball with the guys, surfing....whatever. No shirtless, check my sh*t out selfies. Ever.

You're a decent looking dude. You just need to take better pictures. Assuming this is for online dating:

-Ditch the sunglasses in pics, unless you're at the beach.
-Ditch the shirtless pics, unless you're at the beach

(Hint: go to the beach and take one of those photos to accomplish both)

-Reduce the number of photos to no more than 4. Three is ideal.
-You're close-ups are a little too close
-The last pic is a decent close-up, because they can see your face.

Your main pic should look like the half-body outdoor shot. No sunglasses on, fully clothed, and better lighting. It needs to give folks an idea of what you look like.

As far as looks I'd say just increase your mass a bit. 10-15 lbs or so. Like I said, you're a decent looking dude so you shouldn't have any issues if you just use better quality pictures.

I agree that you are a decent looking dude.

Just some very minor critiques that also relate to the facial hair.

1. As the other guys mentioned, goatee and stubble aren't really compatible. It's one or the other. Or just clean shave and avoid both.
2. The mix of grey and dark hair in the beard area is not working. Either shave clean to avoid this completely, or just do light stubble with no goatee if the grey barely shows with stubble. Or just do a goatee and very carefully touch it up with some color (not too dark so it's convincing).

i call that the ****y smirk/grin. Your eyes can say alot. I feel like you're going for the Statham look, but only half committed. Eat, workout, Stubble, work on your walk/swagger and let your open body language do the talking

You've been posting threads like this on different forums for years now. I remember your pics.

You don't look like you actually lift so im not sure why you have a shirtless pic. Unless your like 6'9 nothing impressive.

Your about average. Want to go higher? Clean shaven or stubble the beard. Put on some mass.

what about tanning? dont you think my skin colour is a bit sickly?

i was thinking about having some bulk, but look defined as well what bf % should i aim for? should i cut first and then start bulking, with creatine, more carbs etc?

will lifting / cardio change my face shape? make it less roundish/chubby?

I tan on the regular and I constantly receive compliments on my tan. Don't listen to the haters who say it's feminine. A tan makes you look healthy and, as everyone knows, women are programmed to find a healthy mate.

Yeah, you should cut first before bulking because you make better muscle gains when you're in the 8-15% range. And yeah, buy some creatine. Creatine is dirt cheap and easy to add to protein shakes. It's got a fair amount of well-documented benefits, so I'd definitely add it to DO under "Equipment and Supplements."

Your facial shape mostly has to do with bodyfat. Most guys get a nice jaw line at 8-10% bf, going any lower can really pull your face in and give you a zombie look, but it's all personal and what you prefer too.
