If its what your truelly after than go for it. The only thing is that in my more severe AFC days, I found that I was more sexually attractive to larger woman than I ever could be now. But only because I saw them more obtainable then skinny girls, which triggered sexual tension.

I have a buddy who is the exact same way, and when he tried to explain it he used the same logic as you. More sex driven, know how to take care of their men, love food etc..

what i've seen are former thick chicks who've gained weight still using that word to describe themselves

As a matter of fact I do... I dated this girl, and she actually gives good sex, albeit I was captivated by her eyes, lips, and skin tone. It wasn't bad, plus her Momma would let me stay the night so it was sex all day and fat girls can work it too, she rode my d!ck like a champ.

Same here. It's just a huge turnoff when girls' arms are bigger than mine. I call it "smuggling hams" because when they have sleeves their arms fill them up and it looks like they're smuggling a ham underneath their shirt lol. Same with the stomach. Basically I like the thin, sometimes petite, big boobed, tight ass, physically fit. Not bodybuilder big, but fit and toned--like a good stripper, gymnast, or fitness model.
