I am currently 20 yrs. old, 5'10'', and I weigh 148lbs (according to last week). I have been working out on and off for almost three years. I would work out more, but I'm too busy with school and work. I've put on twenty pounds since my freshman year of college (I needed to). The problem is I don't think I look any different. I have more muscle than I did before but I'm still just another skinny guy. If I can just reach 170, I will never worry about my looks again. I know I'm being obsessive, but growing up, I've always been the skinny kid. I want to put an end to my body image issues for good. Okay guys, what do I need to do?
