I'm on POF aswell. These motherf*ckers (The Staff) are taking the godamn p*ss and I believe there is somehidden admin or mods who c*ckblock the guys on theire who ever gets a great deal of messages. I've recently been bombarded with 3 warnings and had ALL my pictures taken off. Let me note, that I joined POF around May 2010. I uploaded a picture which violates their rules, so they took it down. Fine. But all the rest of my pictures where still there.

So, I logged onto today and have 3 messages from the staff:

1st message:

We are sorry but your image(s) could not be approved at this time. Please ensure that all images submitted follow the Plentyoffish guidelines.

What The F*ck? Why are they NOW, taking down my photos. My photos show pictures of me. One with a few group of girls with a beer pong, another of me with my face and body showing. Another one of me with a stripper and one of me, showing,soley my face. WTF is this?

And I've been getting messages directed at me too as of recently from girls without contacting them first, I'm wondering if one of those idiots reported me, because I haven't replied back. The main headstaff their are d*cks. There is easily enough girls on their that can be considered "NUDE" or inappropriate to their foney rules and I don't carpetbomb the same messages to girls either, I hardly ever go on their. How do I file a disagreement?

They do not go into depth about what I'm "ACTUALLY" violating? So, if I upload all the same pics again, they're going to permanetly ban me. LOL what c*ckblockers, I believe the admins are purposely going out of their way to do this, for any guy who is getting successs on POF or am I wrong?

(If you had no shirt on, making obscene gestures, or the stipper in your pic or you were not dressed appropriately, or something they deemed 'sexual' they have the right to take them down. Forget about filing a disagreement. They'll just remove you from the site. As for the 'staff' They just hang out in the forums whining, trying to put down new users with questions, and are a bunch of bitter POF lifers. Their sole existence is to be a "glorified" mod on that site. Read the P.O.F. forums. TONS of AFC whiners and sorry so-called 'advice' from women to men, men to women etc. It's pathetic. Change your pics. Simple.

I find it hilarious they complain about "spamming" and copy and pasting, when their "warnings" aren't specific but a copy and paste job itself. Hell even the intro email from Marcus is a generic spam 'Welcome' email.

Again, try to tone your pics down a bit and change up emails. Don't personalize anything tailor made to each person you feel like writings profile. It's a waste of your time. They cater to the 'ladies' on the site as that's what brings them their buisness by attracting men and more users to get more advertisment revenue from companies.

The reason I'm saying that is because it IS an online dating site so men on there are mostly desperate or perceived as desperate and are soo "excited" to call when a girl gives out her number. I was booted off there by two people who reported me off the first email. I had 25 new messages in the inbox when I was bounced that I didn't get to read. I think it only takes two to report you and you're gone. And all it was was "Does your boyfriend know you have a P.O.F account?"

Anyway I didn't use the IM thing. Maybe it's new. I don't remember. Haven't been on there in awhile.

All it was to me was a side thing to get numbers and meet. Not the end all be all.

If you can do the IM and it works..Go for it! I think alot of the better looking ones probably shut it off or just get too many IM's if they're on it to reply..
