Why do you keep saying that? It has nothing to with with insecurity. Stop trying to justify your feminine behavior by accusing anyone who thinks talking about hair and or this thread is fem, is insecure.

This attitude that anyone who exhibits masculine behaviour, or more to the point doesn't partake in typically female activities(such as discussing hairstyles) is gay, or insecure is just flat out ridiculous. It's just one more way that modern society has managed to emasculate the modern man.

Let me ask you this. Have you ever held hands with another man? If not, then you must be insecure about your sexuality because if you knew you were straight then you'd have no problems with it.

You might like to talk about your hair and post pics of yourself on the internet, and that's fine, but when some other guys don't want to take up knitting with you, don't assume it's because their unsure of their sexuality.

But hey, I could be wrong and maybe Hugh Hefner is so insecure that he needed to surround himself with beautiful women his whole life just to make sure.

If a guy doesn't want to post pics of himself, that's fine, and I don't have a problem with that, but to say that it's a gay thing to do for those who do want to, just reeks of insecurity IMO. Whether we like to admit it or not, NOT EVERYTHING a man does HAS to be masculine.

And yeah, I held hand with another man before, but it was with teammates when we walked out of the banner during one of our football games or when me and some other players were selected as Captains for the coin toss. Everyone has different limits on what they think is too far, but in this case, this is nowhere near pushing the line.

I just think looking at a man's picture is insecure in itself. It means you are either a) attracted to men b) you want to see a face behind words so that you can say "I'm better looking than that guy for sure". Sounds to me that you are the extreme insecure one. I have no desire to see pictures of men who type on this site. That's just weird to me.

If you don't want to see pics, then don't look at the damn thread. Simple as that. It doesn't have anything to do with insecurity, there should be a DJ Scrapbook anyway. Most sites have a pic thread.

I never said that everything a man does has to be masculine. I am saying that it's completely asinine to think that because a man doesn't want to do something feminine that that doesn't automatically mean he is insecure about his sexuality.

As another poster said on this thread, it's a little gay to post pics of yourself shirtless with bedroom eyes, for other men to look at, when alternatively you could just put up a normal picture.
