Maybe, I just find the entire concept that "I deserve <XXXXX> and not only that, I deserve it more than you do" hilariously unrealistic. Probably that's just my capitalist upbringing. I believe that in the big picture people end up with pretty much what they earn for themselves and the ones who whine about not having what they deserve, or other people having what they "should have" are just unhappy with the consequences of their own life choices.

In short, the "greasy old man" was probably getting precisely "what he deserved" and to top it off the woman was a free agent, it's her choice after all.

I know a guy (just slightly) who is a very good friend of a friend of mine. He's a movie producer, no blockbusters but some reasonably well known Indie and other small production work. Makes a ton of money but the real kicker seems to be that he can say "I make movies and decide who is in them", and means it.

I don't think it's possible to get any more tail than he does, and they're all uber hot wanna be actresses, except for the uber hot want to be a movie producers wife ones.
