That sounds serious! Thanks for letting me know this.
I'll share with you a little bit of my personal experience.
Back in 2016 and 2017 I was working part time as a meat cutter at a grocery store while trying to get myself established professionally. Me and the guys I was working with bragged about our sexual conquests, especially the cashiers who worked there. One dude was into recording having sex and bragged about having this huge porn collection. I was never into that kind of thing up until that point but I had some curiosity. I did some reading on the subject and read into how destructive porn was and how much of a percentage of the internet was dedicated to it. I was shocked. Early in 2017 as a curiosity looked into porn and began watching it on a somewhat regular basis for the next ten months until later that year I saw some things that were pretty darn disturbing. I felt so disgusted by it that I decided to quit right then and there. I deleted all material and cleaned out my browser. I did not realize that I had an addiction until a few days later I had cravings for watching that kind of garbage. The realizations of my addiction strengthen my resolve to quit, and I did.
It took a whole month before I got my libido back to normal 100%. After that I started getting laid on a semi-regular basis, that is until I got married in 2020. The point here is that you can stop, and should do so right now. After that you can have a normal sex life (however you want to define that) which is 100 times better.
I don't know how much I can say on this forum, but to put it this way, my drive through the whole process is much more vigorus.
