got this chick's number at work..called her a couple days later..we talked for 3 hours..anyways ive been hangin out with her a lot..tonite we went to the movies and had a good time..i really like this girl and all but there is one problem...The ****ING Store Manager is tryin to get some from her..we are both 18 and this fawker tries gettin in her pants...she goes along with it but hates it..she doesnt want to get fired but at the same time, i think shes an attention *****..wtf do i do

She's 18, so it's not like she's going to make a career out of wherever it is she's working. What he's doing is called "sexual harrassment", if she is that bothered by it she needs to call their Home Office/Corporate Headquarters and report it. If she does that, she'll be protected from being fired by him - I've seen it happen before. Basically, after she tells HO about what's going on, they'll investigate and the store manager will be forced by them to keep her hours the same and to keep her on the payroll... otherwise she can sue and win easily.

One, don't let a store manager bother you. Yeah, she's going along with it to get you jealous and to make you know that she can get hit on. Girls do this all the time. Ignore it, and ignore her. And if it really bothers you that much go and talk to other girls in the office or wherever it is you work.

If she complains about it to you just be like, "screw you, come back after your done playing around with the store clerk, until then don't hold a goddamn double standard on me."

Thanks for the tips..She doesnt like working there because EVERYBODY won't leave her alone..she quit today and she says she is sad, but I think it was the right thing to do. I'll help her find another job and all will be good again.
