I need help with Quickness

I play basketball for fun during my free time, but I wanna start taking basketball serious now.....maybe even try out for a college basketball team. My biggest problem is quickness, I think it is both a mental and physical thing. Anybody know what I can do to better my quickness mental and physical?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Pick a line or crack on the ground. Put your feet together just on one side of the line. Jump to the other side of the line. Repeat and go as quickly as possible.

Wind sprints.

Pick a spot on the wall that you think you can reach jumping straight up(a brick wall is good, pick a brick). Repeatedly jump and touch it.

the only true way (and you all know it!!) is to have low body fat. Pure muscle = agile. why do you think atheletes, well...are athletes..

you know what you must do...
