I need guidance

okay last april i met a girl she was great but she had a bf. we talked and talked eventually her bf got mad and told me to stay away me having a girl at the time decided to cool it down. but we still talked just not as much eventually i break up with my girl and shes still with her man, then the day before school ends we kiss and make out. through a series of unfortunate events we dont see eachother until september. she broke up with her man but I screw up by not kissing her this time then her and her boyfriend get back together and we just stop talking until she pops into my life a couple weeks ago her man and her broke up. we agree to chill and this time i kiss her and Its great and all but she tells me she thinks about her ex and she thinks about me too. we hang out today but no kiss at all. we held hand and hold eachother on the train. she says she can be her real self around me but not her ex. I just think she brings him up to see if it agravates me or if it affects me. well we agree to chill next week.

now here is my question how can I go about just saying if its me or her ex she wants to be with. i want to say it the best way possible without sounding like a desperate ***** or anything. I tried nexting her it doesnt work. i want all or nothing at all

Tell her to call you when shes done with him.

If she says she is done with him then she better not bring him up again or you have to next her.

I say just be better than the ex, be completly unreactive to her, that should work just fine

Tell her you got girls lined up and if she isn't sure whether she wants you or her ex then you can't be hangin' with or. Don't get emotional or anything, stay chill and it's just a fact.

OR

Just play it all cool and unreactive and see how it turns out. If you can't do with without faking it, maybe it isn't the bes option.

I'll leave it up to you. You know yourself, her and your situation better than any of us.
