i dont know how normal this is, but it seems like the only time i really have energy during the day is when i get almost 10 or more hours of sleep. i'm 15, but people will get maybe 7 or 8 and be more alive than me. its been like this for the past 3 or 4 years.
any ideas?
btw my diet isn't terribly bad, in the morning i usually have a bowl or two of cereal, then for lunch a sandwich and a drink or two, then dinner always has its share of vegetables, carbs, proteins etc. i dont think its my diet, but let me know what you think.
