There is no logical reason why you NEED a girlfriend. However, a woman can be a challenging and even rewarding addition to your life, which can also be said of buying a car.

Learn to live without a woman instead of basing your existance of being with a woman. A woman is a "perk" rather than a necessity.

You should make sure you're meeting new girls all the time. Take up a hobby that will facilitate this.

You should make sure you're becoming better around women. Try and make at least one geniune female friend, hang out with her sometimes, and just chill out around her.

Work on your weaknesses, the fewer you have, the more women will wanna get with you.

One more thing - understand this: the more you feel that you need a girlfriend, the less likely you are to get one. Your neediness = unnecessary pressure on the relationship.

Part of the way you change your body language and general behaviour, is to have a different mindset.

On here you will find repeated many many times that you must feel that you DON'T need a women to feel good, this is healthy and right.

Of course the paradox then kicks in, which is that you'll suddenly find female interest.

I recommend a book by susan jeffers called 'dare to connect'. Some people here will feel this is a bit too girlie psyco pop for SS, but I think you would benefit from it's ideas and exercises.

I'd PREFER a girlfriend in my life.

Any women in your life at the moment ie friends etc, are sensing on this neediness without you even knowing it.
