I think losing one's virginity is just a stepping stone in life that all men feel needs to be done in life. It ranks up there with moving out of your parents' place. You feel like an idiot and a loser if you still haven't done it by the time you're in your early to mid-20s.

As for it not being that great. My first time also sucked. But the second and third were much better.

One thing that I've heard is that sex is much better when there is some emotional attachment. I've never been with a girl I actually liked so I can't confirm or deny but it makes perfect sense. Also having a GF or a FB whom you can do a couple of times a week at least is ideal.

That sucks about your experience, Samedi. The ideal woman is extremely rare, and the competition for a girl like that is incredible. While the stereotype is that men want sluts for sex only, most of us want love with a respectable woman, the kind you describe, nurturing, understanding, sexually loyal, etc.

Damn, that sucks. I always reach down and make sure the condom is on before I bust. I had one slip completely off inside her and I didn't even realize it. Right before I came I reached to make sure it was on and it wasn't. Damn good thing I checked.
