She is pretty shy and when i start a conversation it ends pretty quickly. We both like each other but have not gotten the chance to make a move. I love when she laughs. If anyone could help on how to maintain a better conversation a make her laugh it would be great.

I read this article once that had tips to keep the conversation going.
(If I remember them correctly some of them went like this)

1. Ask open ended questions that start with What or How
-Whatever you answer she gives you, just choose a link from that sentence and that keep talking about that thread.
2. Concentrate on her likes or herself
-People's favorite topic is them
3. If you're going to ask something common, rephrase it as a statement so then she has to either follow it up or correct it. Either way she's talking. Ex. Instead of "Where are you from?" You can ask, "You look Canadian..."
