Your 5'8 160lb frame is lucky it didn't get knocked out. ;)
i suppose, but then he would have to be an idiot to lay a hand on me. First for the following lawsuit, and 2nd for the claim i had to shove the bar up his ass for self defense.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I know what you mean, but when it comes to cops, I wouldn't hesitate to sue them; generally speaking, I abhor them...

Actually, cops are the ones who talk tough and hide behind gun, but I wouldn't mind seeing how tough a cop is without his gun.
i agree, maybe the cops in canada are nicer, but the pigs down here are idiots, and i wish civilians had just a day to get back at them.

Peeves:

1. the jackasses who are there to socialize loudly and have a 6-man rotation going on the bench, followed by curls in the squat rack

2. chick music

3. guys who walk around giving unsolicited spots and form advice, especially when their style is lift as fast as possible

4. fat hairy dudes wearing beat-up, ill-fitting tank tops who leave their b.o. and back pubes on every piece of equipment they use

5. mr. isolation and his sidekick mr. volume - who have to do 10 sets of 20 reps for each head of each muscle group

Lifting as fast as possible is a great way to lift. Who cares what other people are doing/wearing if they aren't affecting you? Especially when a lot of the complaints in this thread are unfounded, wanna-be macho BS.

And cops are like any other profession, there are good people and bad people doing it.

Haha, and you know this how?

Why would a "DJ" say this? Wouldn't he have other things to worry about? Or is he busy holding-grudges and saying stupid things to people much bigger than himself?

Let me think on this for a second

Sounds like short man syndrome to me.

I lift more cause my diyck is bigger??

LMAO......Most people would have laughed straight on your face...after bending down, that is.

OK Napolean.....

There is no anger. I just originally said that most people would laugh at you for saying that.

You counter by calling me a "beeaitch" or however you spelled it.

I'm not angry.

And I don't really want to deal with this anymore, other than to say, you are the only calling 'beeeaitches" and you do it again in your latest post.

Internet tough guys are funny.....

Back to actual discourse, please.

Haha

Okay, pissing contest is over guys.

Another pet peeve of mine...

- Gyms that look like a women's day spa.

I just moved and went to visit several gyms in my new area before settling on one, and I suppose the main market around here are ladies, because most gyms in the area take on the appearance of a night lounge, with some lifting equipment in the middle. Come ON! What exactly are you there for?? To have a martini and do some curls?

Backing off periodically is good. Body & mind get some rest. Good for strength & motivation.
