As the title says, I know its been rehashed and discussed, I've been watching some current you tube videos and some old ones about BPD women. I've learned a lot more about what I went through, ya its been 3 years now since I got the b*tch out of my life. More you learn the less chances of you ever getting involved with a BPD broad.

I haven't heard from her and I doubt I will ever hear from her again I truly exposed the little b*tch for who she was. When she plotted and took revenge on me I fought back I made damn sure everybody knew she is mentally ill, when we were together it was kept secret she is mentally ill. Her cover was blown wide open I didn't give a schit I wanted to ruin her reputation like she was trying to do with me. I didn't crash and burn a trait that BPDs want to see happen to their victims, I'm successful and doing well, she knows that.

All in all I'm glad I'm still alive :) The video below pretty much what I did to my ex, its why she made my life a living hell and wanted me to pay for it.

What I find funny is is that most "survivors" of BPD relationships show BPD/Psychopathic/Narcissistic tendencies themselves, fragile victim egos.

Total lack of empathy.
Wanting to hurt the b*tch, plotting revenge.
Wanting them to see you with hotter women.
Obsessive even after 3 years.
Fighting imaginary battles in your mind.

You know how to get over an abusive relationship?
To send them forgiveness, to send them love and compassion, to wish them the best and to let it go and cherish the good memories.

BPD women have a way of digging into your brain and staying there.I am game aware and deal with them often and I even still have to be very careful they are demons who will posses you if your not very careful.

Its taken me a long time to recover, my BPD ex caused stress in my life, I never had so much drama from a woman, she caused me a lot of stress. Things got really ugly I thought I was going to have a jammer. I already had a lot of stress in my life from my job it that was grinding away at my well being long before I met her, I already had stroke symptoms I think I had a mild stroke. I knew my health was taking a hit, the drama she was causing hit the boiling point so I told her fvck off I don't want to be friends with her I want you out of my life. At the time I didn't know about BPD, today I realized I triggered her abandonment issues big time its why she went off her rocker and wanted to see me pay for what I did to her.

She turned vicious the evil in her eyes was unbelievable, the smear campaign started she had people turning against me, she had the wool pulled over the upper brass at work convinced I was abusive and I abused female staff. Things were happening quickly I couldn't keep up she kept pushing to see me terminated which ended up happening. I was damn lucky I didn't end up in jail I was warned I could be in serious trouble. It was holy fvck what is happening my whole world was spinning I lost control, I ended up scrambling to put my life back together I had no job, my savings account was running low, the realization of sh*t I'm in trouble. This all happened in a span of 2 months from the day I told her to fvck off.

What had me worried she's single again I was concerned she would come back, I don't have that concern, I've caused her too much pain, she couldn't relive it.

My life is clipping along the way I want it, yes I have moved on, living a happy life, I'm much more cautious when it comes to women. I'm thankful I never ended up like my replacement who's fvcked over his health and life. What I have found with interacting with other women there is a lot of damaged and fvcked up women out there.

Revenge? Ruining her? Seriously man, you got time to waste on that kinda chit.

I have had 3-4 year relationships end, one very toxic relationship, I just blocked her on every platform and MOVED ON.

Yes i was angry about how I was treated, but then I had to take RESPONSIBILITY for allowing myself to be treated poorly.

Don't get bitter, and seek revenge... Leave that person in the PAST get your chit together, meet better quality woman!

But MOST importantly, don't ALLOW woman to treat you poorly.. Have strong personal boundaries and learn to WALK at the FIRST signs of bad behaviour from a woman.

She will either step into line.. Or walk away, both results are GOOD results.

You then will never need this thirst for Revenge!

No revenge needed she screwed her self, she ruined her reputation at work everybody knows she's got mental health issues which she hid from everybody not anymore, nobody trusts her where she works they want nothing to do with her, even management realizes she's got serious problems, they would have tried to sack her but its hard to fire a person in a union.

I didn't crash and burn like she hoped I would have, the guy before me crashed and burned his health took a big hit, the guy she replaced me with almost died because of her she's not seeing him anymore. Myself I'm healthier than I was with her, I'm mistaken for being a younger guy than I really I'm, I know damn well she's p*ssed off that I didn't end up crippled and fvcked, she gloats she ruins men.

I'm happy there is very little chance she will try come back to me which I was a little worried about now that she's dumped my replacement, I caused her too much pain, coming back to me would bring back all that pain I caused. I stood up to her that's why things turn so ugly between her and I, didn't put up with her trying to control me, I set the boundaries with her when I said NO I meant it. I don't want her fvcking around with my life things are good I want to keep it that way.

If it's your first BPD you bet your sweet azz it will stay with you 3 years maybe longer...you always remember the one that broke you in.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I've used my knowledge I've learned and avoided getting involved with women that I have suspected to have issues, you never want to repeat a BPD mistake ever again. You really need to find out about the woman's family history does she hate her parents, how was her childhood. Fvck man you don't know what pure hell is if you've never been with a BPD woman. My ex was sweet, kind, gentle, caring and well educated young lady, the only thing that stayed the same was her education, the rest of her changed for the worse. In all honesty she treated me better than my replacement he suffered more abuse than I, probably because he is a weak man, never stood up to her, never set any boundaries with her.

Good video. If you are still caught up in the memory of your bpd ex then I highly recommend talking therapy. A good Therapist will help you uncover the deep stuff that you may have overlooked that got you in that mess in the first place.

Well done for walking away but perhaps it' now time to look deeper into yourself? Again highly recommend it!!

I had a bunch of crap to purge from my head, I was also suffering from severe job burn out my health was taking a hit, I was walking the fine line of having a jammer, no matter how much I was fighting it the job kept grinding me down, my morale was lower than low. Its taken quite a while to recover from that, it sure took a toll on me I will never let myself get in a position like that again, today work stays at work, I'm pretty much stress free, I sleep at night, I no longer get the nightmares. It didn't help I was involved with a BPD that added to the mess, in the beginning of the relationship it helped me calm down as the relationship progressed it just added to the drama in my life.

My BPD ex's death toll:
the guy her bf beat to death in a fight over her
the two guys her bf killed with heroin when he came back after prison to chase her
her unborn kid that she killed with booze and pills while pregnant
the murderer bf, who finally OD'd on heroin, depressed because she rejected him.

I was just happy to get out alive.

It sounds like your ex had some real issues, mine is a high functioning BPD you wouldn't ever know she has issues looking at her, she has higher education she's continually upgrading her education. Its not till she lets you into her life and takes off the mask that's when you see her true self  I made it out alive, a lot less damage to my health compared to my replacement who aged himself 10 plus years, pretty sad the fact a guy whos only 35 or so looks like he's nearing 50. No way in fvck he's going to recover from the damage he's endured physical and mental, what ever, not my problem, he wanted her he fought tooth and tail to steal her away from me. I look younger than he does and I'm physically and mentally healthier, what woman will want a nearly 300 pound balding guy that looks 50 years old, its good on him.
