I get a girl in my sights, I go for it, and then boom an emo kid comes along and beats me in a head to head battle. Even on myspace these emo people are beating me. Ill have 20 pic comments by random people and the emo kid will have 40 pic comments by nothing but hot chicks. Hes not even built, he doesnt do crap in his life, hell none of em even talk. The last emo kid stole one away from me by just being shy the whole time flicking his stupid emo hair all over the place. Ive thought about going emo, but i just cant be. I look really italian and it just wouldnt happen with my wierd hair lol. They only active thing he does is skate. I mean cmon. Maybe they are all just good looking and i am just not but ive always thought that i wasnt bad looking at all. I dunno this is stupid. Im not AFC but man I have been on a rocky road as of late. GI has the right idea, though I don't know if you should outright insult the emo guys. But yea, show you're more of a man and the whole dynamic changes. If you're totally real and totally man they will BOTH be submissive to you. Think of it like Native Americans. Average-frustrated-gender-neutral-chumps always submit to real men if you treat them like women.

Think of a wingman you were submissive to. Are you more like that around the emo girls or more appropriately, are you acting out for the girls like you do around a wingman that's submissive to you?

Martial Arts are so key to manhood I believe, because body language can completely dominate a room. I recommend Wing Chun or Ving Tsun, (or w/e spelling you like) to start off with -- that way you save yourself the embarrasment of real fighting while still making gains on conditioning & mechanics for fighting. I don't know, I did TKD as a kid, and wing chun as an adult, and wing chun feels like 100x what TKD is. Then when you're ready after a couple months move on to an effective style like boxing, jiu-jitsu (japanese or brazilian), judo, wrestling, Muay Thai, or Kyokushin karate -- though there are plenty others to choose from, just stay away from the ineffective styles. www.bullshido.com is a good site, but I read for info, not the volatile social atmosphere ^_^

I'd stick with the rules that are all set out on here if i were you.

I have a few emo friends and all of the girlsfriends they've had they have lost after a short while to a more masculine guy. It seems to be around the times they get over big emotional problems to that they move on. So i'd just use what you've learned, show her how a man will really make her feel. Never seems to fail for the most part. Shame you'd be giving the emo kid another reason to be so... emotional though.

Don't take GI's advice. Picking on emo is like picking on kindergarteners. There are better ways to show you have standards than outright insulting people. Insulting someone either A) Shows you're a jerk or B) Show's you're on the same level as the person you're insulting. That's a lose-lose situation. Don't get me wrong you'll still get laid, but you're also setting the emo kid up for getting laid, too. Balance being nice with being a jerk, don't take one to an extreme. Being the anti-emo is just as bad as being emo.

You can take DB's last comment and replace a few key words (and the entire meaning), but it still holds true:
