Totally awesome film, not 100% accurate but 110% entertaining.
Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

I went to UNLV. I also took classes on casino operations.backbreaker said:what wat?
What's the average payout for a casino? I heard it has to be something like 40%.PRMoon said:I went to UNLV. I also took classes on casino operations.
What about racetracks? Are they subject to the same rules as casinos?PRMoon said:It depends on the property and the state/country regulations. In some casinos in Vegas it's higher than 40 percent payout because they're splitting the cost with another outside gaming company and the have alternate means of revenue aside from gaming. In alot of indian run casinos it could be as low as 25 percent because they aren't governed by any one other than their own authority. The same goes for cruise ships.
Yes and no. Gaming regulatory commissions typically administer rules for games run by the house to make sure they aren't just taking money from the public with zero chance of winning and to make sure what the house takes is appropriately documented and taxed. If the track has slot machines then yes they are subject to a similar rules as casinos in that respect. If the only form of gambling that is available on at the track is betting on races then the then the rules of hold and payout aren't applicable because they aren't house run games of chance. I'm sure the government has a race authority who has a set of rules and regulations for racing as well (the government is big on taxes if you didn't already know) but it wouldn't be the same as a gaming commission.Alle_Gory said:What about racetracks? Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
