Nah be honest, why mislead her? Tell her this:

" I like you, but im not interested in a relationship, if you still want to hang out casually than i am obliged, otherwise we should probably end this before it gets started." That way you've made it perfectly clear that her sex with you isn't going to lead to a relationship, so if she still allows it to take place you are guilt free, In my opinion. You'd be surprised how many girls will take this as a sign of maturity and still give you the poon.

In these types of situation being direct is the best thing to do. Just call her and tell her to comeover your place to watch a movie or something . If she agrees she knows you only have sex on your mind so no need to explain anything.

Ok, so make plans, try for it, and see what happens. You don't have to tell her anything and I don't think you should. If you do, you make it seem like you, by some divine knowledge, know she IS looking for a relationship. This isn't being a jerk or a **** either, for all you know she's on the same boat. It's unnecessary to bring it up, just don't. Be chill, be cool, have fun. Why add all this pressure?

Just do your thing. If the question of "status" gets brought up (that's something woman do anyway) just be honest and tell her "I'm not looking for anything serious." You're thinking about it way too much. Just hang out with her and have fun, do your thing. You have a golden opportunity for a hook-up, so just do it. Worry about all this other garbage later.
