Hey. I just got a text from a girl saying that she just wanted to be friends with me. I replied back with Ok, I don't have time to meet with girls that just want to be friends". She told me that that was really rude. I'm not used to being Mr. Non-Nice Guy, but I had to stand my ground. This is the first time I've had a little negativity come my way, oh well, I better get used to it. My mind is split, the AFC biatch in me is saying I should feel guilty, while the side of me that approaches women I don't know is saying "Oh, well, you had to stand your ground and live your life". So we know where I'm standing.
How could this be perceived as rude anyways?

Ease up, it's a phase, if he's a 'beginner' he's well advised to lean on 'rules' and techniques for a while, eventually he'll come to rely more on intuition and experience. Cultivating that experience is more important than getting this one particular situation to play out right. Your own game might have evolved differently but that's the way it happens for the majority.

Despite what a lot of people say, you CAN seduce female friends, oh yes you can. You just have to keep a strong sexual frame.

I think the best reply in this situation is a simple "Ok". This short answer says all you really need to say without saying it:
a) I get the picture.
b) It's no big deal.
c) I'm moving on.
This, followed by no contact or minimal contact if you can't avoid it. It's better to avoid explaining to her why you don't want to be "friends" - this sets up an unnecessary battle and is a potential trap if you're dealing with an attention *****.
